What image for a photograph?
A good resolution JPG image. The file size is a good gauge. Go for a size of between 1m & 4 m.
What image should I use for a logo or clipart?
A jpg image can be uploaded direct to your image bank. Some logos & name styles are better uploaded by us as we can upload them in format that is always sharp no matter how big you make it.
I don't have a high quality image so what do I do?
Talk to us. We can probably help.
What if I send a poor quality image. Will you still print it.?
Yes & No, We would try to intercept a poor image. but cant promise. Send the best image you have & if the result is not wonderful then it will still achieve the objective of promoting the desired aspect of your business or event but if it is too bad (in our view) we will try to spot & contact you to discuss plan B.
What is your production time?
Our aim is to ship for overnight freight within 5 working days. If you have a deadline to meet then please talk to us & we will try to help.
Can I order nonstandard sizes?
Yes . You order the closest larger size & then email us your special instructions, but remember that, when you create your design from a template you will need to keep to the proportions of the tem- plate. If the proportions need changing then we will do this for you and email you the result to approve.
I have a promotion in mind but cant see a suitable template?
Speak to us. We will either find one or , if you have an idea not yet covered, we will create a new tem- plate for you.
If I create a unique promotion will it stay secret?
All promotions are, by their nature, seen by the public so it only stays secret until the promotion launches. All of our templates are based on real past promotion and we hope our customers will not object to their bright ideas being used to help other businesses.

I have several branches but I want to control what they do?
Speak to us. We will set up a corporate site which only you & your staff will access. They will be able to customize designs that you have approved & they will only be able to customize to the level that you agree.
You don't cater for my trade?
Sorry about that but we are sure we can slot you in to a very helpful sector. Please speak to us. We do advise all customers to explore all the sectors . You may find that in “Motors” you find the ideal back- ground to your promotion & in “Retail Food” you found the spark of an idea for your business.
Do I need planning permission for signs?
We cannot advise in this area as all authorities interpret the rules in different ways but very few of our customers would ask permission, rightly or wrongly, for promotional signs which by their nature are only up short term.
