Our SnappCap Self Tapping Screw fixing sets are specifically designed as a multi-purpose product, the 25⁰ sharp point, special thread design, lubrication and corrosion resistant plating ensure the screw will consistently perform efficiently in hardwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic and thin sheet metal, whilst offering exceptional holding power. A small pilot hole can be drilled if required..
Choose between white caps, black caps or ask us to choose the closest colour to the sign(s) you are currently ordering.

How to use SnappCap Fixings?
The fixing is secured through the washer into the workpiece. The cap is then “snapped” over the washer, mating by means of an interlocking peripheral groove and flange. This provides an airtight and seal that excludes atmosphere and protects the fastener head from rust and corrosion.
In our Design area we have Starter Templates. If you choose one & customise you will create your first Design in about 4 minutes.

Any Saved design can be used again with a tweek or two on any future project.
ADAPT A SAVED DESIGN
In the Design Area. Click the Green “My Designs ”box to see all your saved designs.
Choose one & it will jump onto the Design area ready to be tweaked to fit your next project.
Your Designs will stay stored in your “My Designs” box until you delete them.
Upload your print ready artwork. If everything looks perfect we will pass to production for printing
If we have a concerns we will discuss them with you so that we can come up with a solution.
If we cannot resolve any issues then a full refund will be organised.
Tell us what information you want on your sign & upload any artwork you want us to use & we will create
your first design.
We will email the design to you for your approval.
