Circular Cut Vinyl Lettering Decals

Circular Lettering Decals have that extra touch of class but the downside is that on some surfaces you will need to adjust your colours to get maximum impact. 

Choosing your material

Choose Vehicle graphics if fitting to a vehicle, plant or any flat, smooth surface. This material is long-life (will be looking good in up to 7 years time) & has air-escape grooves in the adhesive, making it easy to fit without bubbles.

Choose window graphics if fitting on the inside of a window looking out. We then turn your graphics into front stick & we mirror-image your graphics so they look correct from outside the window.

Choose wall graphics for any surface with a slight texture. This material has an extra-strong grab. If you are not sure if your surface is good enough then ask for a sample to test.

Choose- Easy remove -Use this material if, in a short while you are going to want to remove, hopefully without trace. eg Aconference in a hotel or when using for event promotion

Using your own design

Vinyl lettering is different to printing. Vinyl graphics need a vector file. Vector graphics are the “magic” files of the design world—because they are based on mathematical paths rather than pixels, you can scale them from the size of a postage stamp to the size of a billboard without losing a single drop of quality so try to send us your deisign in one of these formats .AI, .eps, .pdf, or .svg.  Not got any of these – don’t worry send us what you have & we will convert your files to vector.

Check out the designs in our gallery. Choose a style that you like & we will adapt that style to wording & graphics. If your style has a logo or pic, then you have the option of uploading your own logo/pic, or we can find a suitable graphic for you. Tell us your wording & any colour preference, and tell us where it is going to be displayed. If to be displayed on a vehicle, tell us the colour of the bodywork. We will create your design & email a proof to you for approval prior to production

Fitting your Graphics

This is very easy because we use vinyl with air-escape grooves, so the decal is applied dry & when you press the vinyl in position, the air escapes, so no bubbles to worry about. Check out our fitting video below for a step-by-step guide. The video shows a very large graphic. Your job will be much easier. The nice thought is that you will be looking at your graphics for up to 7 years, & each time you see it, you will be able to say – “I did that”

Choose the closest standard size to the size you need, then tell us your required size in special instructions in the shopping basket. We will adjust to your size in production.

Fitting your Vinyl Graphics

Air-Escape Vinyl

Air escape vinyl has a significant advantage in preventing air pockets from forming during installation. This is made possible by the microscopic air channels in the adhesive backing, which allow air to escape during installation. The vinyl film can be applied smoothly and evenly without any special tools or expertise.

The air channels also reduce the initial grab of the adhesive, making it easier to reposition your graphics until they are in the perfect position.

Fitting Easy Remove Vinyl

This material has an adhesive that is extra tacky so it is easy to place lightly in position then adjust until the position is perfect so if, when applying the material, it is not flat & ready to press in position, pull away from the surface & re-tension as shown in the video.
