Will magnetic van signs damage my paintwork?
Our vehicle‑grade magnetic signs are designed for fitting to sound automotive paintwork. Applied to a clean, dry, rust‑free surface, they remove cleanly without residue. Weekly removal & cleaning of the front & rear is recommended. If you want Signage you can put on & forget, then choose our vehicle stickers instead
How fast can I drive with magnetic car and van signs?
Our magnetic signs are tested up to normal UK motorway speeds when correctly applied to a flat, clean metal panel with no edges lifting or air gaps. The circular-shaped magnetic signs offer the least wind resistance so are ideal for high speed use.
Can I move my magnetic signs between different vehicles?
Yes. You can remove and re‑use them on any ferrous metal vehicle panel, which makes them ideal if you change vans, use hire vehicles or share branding across a small fleet. The circular shape magnetic signs are often the easiest to move from vehicle to vehicle
Where should I not place Magnetic signs?
Do not place magnetic signs on the bonnet. The bonnet can get too hot for the rear of the magnet. Avoid any area of the vehicle that could stop the magnetic sign fitting flush to the paintwork, so stay away from door handles & body trims. When fitting either side of a door opening ensure the rear magnet’s front edge is fitting flat to the paintwork (not protruding into the door gap)
What’s the difference between rectangular and circular magnetic signs?
Rectangular magnetic signs give you more space for text, phone numbers and web addresses. Circular magnetic signs are ideal for bold logos and quick visual impact, and they fit areas where a rectangle might not. Circular magetic Signs are better at catching the eye & being remembered
Can I order custom sizes and designs?
Yes. You can choose from our standard sizes or choose the closest standard size then ask for your specific size in special instructions
