Air Escape Grooves so No Bubbles or Creases

  • Your Vinyl Graphics have a very special adhesive with air escape grooves so no bubbles.
  • The adhesive has a light tack to start with but grips firmly when pressed down so you can reposition until perfect.
  • You can choose how much or how little of your vehicle you use for graphics.
  • When you have finished designing you can save your design (with a few tweaks) to use on future projects.
  • You can upload your own Logos & name style into the design area
  • We can adapt a previous design – Just ask

  • Our Easy-fit air escape vinyl is fitted dry – if you spray the back it blocks up the grooves, so is not bubble-free.
  • With air escape vinyl fitting is easy but a second pair of hands is helpful when fitting longer lengths.
  • The secret of a good bond between your vehicle & its lettering is to ensure that the surface is grease & grime free before application
  • The expected life of your graphics is up to 7 years but some fading is expected.

I want a new web address for my vehicle – not a full van?

Measure the space you have available and then choose VINYL CAR LETTERING (CLICK). or VINYL VAN LETTERING (CLICK).

Can I use my own artwork online?

Yes – You can upload .jpg & .png files & use straight away. If you have your artwork in other formats then sent to us & we will upload it for you. The graphic below shows how your own artwork is so useful when designing online.

When designing with a vehicle template is there a limit to the amount of graphics I can add.

Yes – The price covers all the graphics necessary to create your Vehicle design. We ask you not to add graphics for use elsewhere. 2 logos, 2 telephone numbers etc on the same side of the vehicle gives the game away & we will ask you to revise your design.

You can choose to limit the space you want to add your Graphics to – There are 5 options. Check out the details below.

How do you get the lettering to fit my vehicle?

In the design area you have a template of each side of your chosen make & model . We take your design & scale it up to fit the actual size of this model.

Can I order the same as I had before?

Choose your size & quantity then click the the design button for “Adapt a previous job” and say “No changes”

Bubble-Free fitting – How is this achieved?

When the vinyl is manufactured the adhesive is applied in a series of ridges & valleys. The visual below explains how this makes fitting your graphics so much easier.

Need a special size

Choose the closest standard size of a similar area & tell us your actual size in special instructions. We will adjust the design to fit. We will advise you should there be any variation in price.

Designs Saved in our New Design Area.

When you click the Red SAVE button in our new Design area you save just the design not the product.

Your Saved Design can now be added to any product, go to the design area & click the GREEN ‘MY DESIGNS‘ button.

If you are in the middle of Designing a product & Save it to work on it later, then you do need to rechoose your product & add your saved design.

We hope this extra work is a small price to pay for the advantage of using your design again & again over many products.

Looking for your saved Designs from the previous Design Studio?

All designs created in the old Site were created in ADOBE FLASH which has been discontinued and Flash files are no longer supported by Chrome, Firefox or any other browser.

WE HAVE SAVED ALL OF YOUR PAST FLASH FILES & CAN USE TO CREATE ANY FUTURE JOB FOR YOU-

Just choose option ‘ADAPT A PREVIOUS JOB’ from the design options
