Chest width is measured across the garment when laid flat. It is not a body chest circumference.
For a useful comparison, measure a T-shirt you already wear comfortably and compare it with the table. Measurements are approximate and manufacturing tolerances apply.
Personalise your polyester T-shirts with your company logo, team name, promotional artwork or custom wording.
We use DTF printing for all personalisation. Your artwork is printed onto transfer film and professionally heat-applied to the garment, allowing us to reproduce both single-colour and full-colour designs.
Tell us your preferred print position when ordering. The final print size and layout will depend on your artwork, garment size and selected printing options.
We’ll send a digital proof so you can check the design, spelling and positioning before production begins.

- Upload your logo or provide your personalised wording.
- Include any design or positioning instructions.
- Check and approve your artwork proof before printing.
Vector PDF, AI or EPS files are preferred. A high-resolution PNG may also be suitable.

Follow the care instructions supplied with your finished printed garment.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron.
- Follow the supplied DTF print-care guidance for washing temperature and drying.
The original garment is listed as washable at 60°C before decoration. The finished DTF-printed garment may require a lower washing temperature to protect the print.
