Our New Vinyl – Easy to Position
One reason why fitting your own Vinyl SignWriting is now easy & fun is the light initial tack of the adhesive. The light tack allows you to place the Vinyl SignWriting in position then lift the material & make any small adjustments until perfect.
It is helpful to have a second pair of hands, especially when positioning wider lengths of material.
Before you start we do recommend you view our “Fitting the Easy Way” video that shows how fitting with our new material is now easy & fun. It also shows how an extra pair of hands is a big help.
The initial tack is light but when pressure is applied with the spatula the bond starts to get super strong & after 24 hours is at full strength with an all-weather grip still going strong in 7 years time,
Air Escape grooves
When you press in position with a spatula you no longer trap the air. It escapes along channels in the adhesive so bubbles are not formed.
With our previous material, this was achieved by spraying water on the back of the vinyl and then pressing hard with the spatula to remove the water.
The old way was messy but it also took time to remove the water & get a good bond so removing the protective tape was a problem.
Notice in the video how easy it is now to design & fit your vinyl as if the door did not exist.
So with our new material – no water – no bubbles – no hassle – enjoy.

Our Designers have created 5 or more eye-catching Van designs to fit your make, model & year. Choose your favorite & it will be added to the design area ready for you to change to your information.
It takes on average 4 to 5 minutes to change to your details. You can upload your logo & name style or you can search in Clipart for a Logo of ours. In the example on the right the starter template is on the top & the van below is the same design now promoting John Milton Garden Services.
You can save your initial design then , if time allows, experiment with different options, Save any you like & choose the best later
