Choose a material

• Long-Life (Air-Escape Vinyl): Durable with adhesive air-escape grooves for bubble-free installation. Ideal for most outdoor and indoor uses — looks great for up to 7 years. See sshort “HOW TO FIT LETTERING & STICKERS” BELOW
• Easy-Remove Vinyl: Rubber-based adhesive that cures slowly. Best for temporary stickers where clean removal is required.
• Super-Grip Vinyl: Designed for matte or lightly textured surfaces (e.g., emulsioned walls) where extra adhesion is needed.

Back stick or front stick?

• Back Stick: Standard option for most stickers applied to external surfaces.
• Front Stick: Use when applying to the inside of a window so graphics are printed in reverse and read correctly from the outside.

Choose a size

• Choose any size you want (In mm). Our maximum vinyl height is 1200mm. If you want more than 1200mm high we will create in 2 or more matching pieces with a 10mm overlap
• If intending to fit within a panel recess on a van we suggest measuring the narrowest height & width & then deduct 25mm for easy positioning

Designing to catch the eye

• We believe that Circular Decals catch the eye so when you ask us to design for you we will create a Circular Decal for you & will use it  prominently in your design
• The big advantage of Circular Decals is that they can easily be adapted in the future to any shape & material from very tall  to very wide as well as using as a Circular Sign or Sticker where prestige Branding Signage is needed eg on workwear or Reception signage

• Use your own design – Upload your own design to fit your chosen size: Provide print-ready artwork via the Upload box.
• Adapt a previous design: We can update an existing design you’ve used — we’ll email a proof for approval.
• Let us design it for you: Choose one of our 6 styles as a starting point. We’ll create a draft and email it to you for approval before printing.
• Need a logo, image or slogan? Tell us in Special Instructions — we can source or create these to match your brief.

Special instructions & file uploads

• Use the “Special Instructions” field for wording, exact colours (Pantone/RGB if available), dimensions, or mounting notes.
• Upload logos, images or existing artwork in the “Upload your artwork” box.

Fitting your Vinyl Graphics

Air-Escape Vinyl

Air escape vinyl has a significant advantage in preventing air pockets from forming during installation. This is made possible by the microscopic air channels in the adhesive backing, which allow air to escape during installation. The vinyl film can be applied smoothly and evenly without any special tools or expertise.

The air channels also reduce the initial grab of the adhesive, making it easier to reposition your graphics until they are in the perfect position.

The video demonstrates our recommended method for applying vinyl lettering or stickers to any surface. We are showing an extra large example on a van but the same principles apply to fitting graphics to any surface  The Video also shows how helpful it is to have an extra pair of hands.

Fitting Easy Remove Vinyl

This material has an adhesive that is extra tacky so it is easy to place lightly in position then adjust until the position is perfect so if, when applying the material, it is not flat & ready to press in position, pull away from the surface & re-tension as shown in the video.
