We aim to dispatch our Express Cut Vinyl within 2-3 working days and shipped by our 24hr courier service. To achieve the timescale, we advise the no proof option. However if the artwork submitted is not of good quality we will be in contact by email.
**Any proof required artwork must be approved urgently to complete timescales.
All proofs will be sent by email. Please check all spam/junk folders for artwork proof.
Design one panel at a time – Do not measure the panel size measure the maximum size of your message.ie If your panel is 500 x 2000mm then your lettering area should be no bigger than 400 x 1800mm.. If you want a special size choose the closest standard size & we will adjust to that size later. We scale your graphics to match your height or width – see how this works below.

Your Design Options – You can design online including uploading your logo to include in your design. If you have a print-ready design you can Upload your artwork or, if designing is not your thing, you can “Let Us Create for You” see more details below
In our Design area we have Starter Templates. If you choose one & customise you will create your first Design in about 4 minutes.
If you hit a problem then Just click the Chat button & we will be pleased to help.
Any Saved design can be used again with a tweek or two on any future project.
ADAPT A SAVED DESIGN
In the Design Area. Click the Green “My Designs ”box to see all your saved designs.
Choose one & it will jump onto the Design area ready to be tweaked to fit your next project.
Your Designs will stay stored in your “My Designs” box until you delete them.
Upload your print ready artwork. If everything looks perfect we will pass to production for printing
If we have a concerns we will discuss them with you so that we can come up with a solution.
If we cannot resolve any issues then a full refund will be organised.

We will email the design to you for your approval.
